Additionally, the selection of food was poor. it felt like the same stale options were offered every day without any freshness. It was disappointing for a Fairmont property.

The indoor swimming pool and spa treatments were just what we needed to unwind after a long day. The only downside was that room service could improve a bit, but it didn't spoil our experience! 😊

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the Silk Street market and the Yintai Centre just a short walk away. The hotel really felt like a home base for our adventures.
