Friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome.
I was really let down by the aging decor in the hotel. The furniture looked worn, and there were dust patches that made the room feel less clean than I expected. Additionally, the selection of food was poor. it felt like the same stale options were offered every day without any freshness. It was disappointing for a Fairmont property.

The indoor swimming pool and spa treatments were just what we needed to unwind after a long day. The only downside was that room service could improve a bit, but it didn't spoil our experience! 😊
